Singapore Armwrestling National Championships 2026

Singapore’s strongest pullers return to the table.

On 12 September 2026, athletes from across Singapore will gather at PSB Academy, Marina Square to compete for national honours.

Expect a full day of left- and right-arm competition, technical battles and raw strength as Singapore’s best armwrestlers fight for their place on the national podium.

Whether you are an experienced competitor or stepping onto the competition table for the first time, this is your opportunity to test yourself at Singapore’s premier national armwrestling event.

Divisions & Weight Categories

Age is determined by your age as of December 31, 2026. Competition will be conducted for both left and right arms.

Senior Men (16 - 39 yr old)

• Under 65kg

• Under 75kg

• Under 85kg

• Under 95kg

• 95kg+ (Open)

Masters Men (40 yr old or more)

• Under 75kg

• 75kg+ (Open)

Women (Open)

• Under 55kg

• 55kg+ (Open)

Foreigners can compete, but their results will not be included in the Annual Rankings

Entry Fees

Youths

For athletes aged 16–23 years old. Athletes aged 16-17 years old will be contacted privately to submit a Parent's Approval Form.

SGAW Members

• S$24 for one arm

• S$32 for both arms

Public

• S$30 for one arm

• S$40 for both arms

Adults

For athletes aged 24 years old and above.

SGAW Members

• S$30 for one arm

• S$40 for both arms

Public

• S$38 for one arm

• S$49 for both arms

Event Schedule

8.30am : Athletes' Registration at Frontdesk - Main Entrance (Level 3, Marina Square)

Proceed to Level 4, Outside Lecture Theatre 3

9.05am : Members of the Public Registration at Frontdesk - Main Entrance (Level 3, Marina Square)

Proceed to Level 4, Lecture Theatre 3

9.15am : Briefing for Athletes seated in Lecture Theatre 3

9.30am : Qualifiers

12.45pm : Lunch Break

1.30pm : Semi-Finals and Finals

4.45pm : Break

5.00pm : Prize Presentation

5.30pm : End of event

Payment

Payment is strictly via PayNow and Credit Card only.

Important Athlete Notes

• Precision Matters: Ensure you register for the correct weight class. If you fail to make weight for your category on the day, you will be moved to a higher class.

• The Cut-off: Registrations are strictly online. Don't wait until the final hour to secure your spot at the table.

• Minimum Participants: In the event a category has less than three participants, we will merge the athletes from that category either up or down at the discretion of SGAW.

Registration closes on 31st August 2026, 11:59 PM

Any last-minute signups (after 31st August) will require an additional $50 late registration fee.

SGAW will not offer any refunds for athlete withdrawals or cancellations after 31st August 2026.
