THE MOST DIVERSE LINE UP YET FOR THE SINGAPORE URBAN SPORTS + FITNESS FESTIVAL 2025
Singapore Urban Sports + Fitness Festival (SGUSFF) returns with second edition to grow Singaporeans’ love of urban sports, including 3v3 floorball, sport climbing, fitness racing and more
New events organised by World Rowing and FISE to make their international debut at SGUSFF 2025
Singapore, 16 August 2025 – Sport Singapore (SportSG) has announced the return of the Singapore Urban Sports + Fitness Festival (SGUSFF) this November, featuring an expanded programme lineup. The second edition, featuring up to 20 partners will take place across three weekends from 15 to 30 November, promises something for everyone – from seasoned athletes to newcomers trying their hand at urban sports. With an expanded footprint across the island, this year’s festival will transform locations including Singapore Sports Hub, Singapore Expo,
*SCAPE, venues along the Somerset Belt and the Dempsey precinct into dynamic playgrounds for sport, movement and community bonding.

The first wave of 12 partners was unveiled earlier today at OCBC Square in Singapore Sports Hub. More than 5,000 people participated in the various activities and contributed towards the USFF6060 challenge – to collectively achieve 6,060 reps in wall balls, arm wrestling pulls, street floorball goals and other activities. Adding to the dynamic atmosphere, skilled performers took to the stage, treating spectators to impressive breakdancing routines and BMX Flatland demonstrations.
As part of the SGUSFF 2025, additional slots for the sold-out AIA HYROX Singapore and The Butterfly Effect were also released and will be available for registration on 20 August and 16 August respectively.
“This year, we are proud to welcome a series of high-profile debuts at the second edition of the Singapore Urban Sports + Fitness Festival, including the inaugural World Rowing’s Super60 Singapore, the Asian premiere of The Butterfly Effect, and electrifying urban sports activations by renowned French urban sports festival, FISE. These milestones demonstrate Singapore’s growing international reputation as a host for innovative sporting experiences,” said Dean Tan, Deputy Chief, Industry Development Group, Sport Singapore. “With a longer festival duration and our most diverse line-up yet, SGUSFF 2025 is set to engage more than 80,000 participants and spectators across all ages and abilities. These achievements are only possible through close collaboration with our partners – including event promoters, community interest groups, international sport federation, and national sport associations – who share our common vision to explore various ways to live better through sports and fitness in our urban playground,” he said.
Bigger, Bolder Offerings
SGUSFF 2025 will welcome the much-anticipated return of crowd favourites AIA HYROX Singapore and Climb Fest by PSA x BFF. The festival will also debut new partnerships with World Rowing, Festival International des Sports Extrêmes (FISE), and The Butterfly Effect, introducing both Asian and world-premiere events to our shores.
World Rowing Super60 Singapore, spearheaded by the sport’s International Federation, challenges participants to clock the furthest distance in 60 seconds. Starting from 16 August, there will be a series of activations that culminate in a grand finale in November to crown the winner of this inaugural indoor rowing event. The Butterfly Effect, a celebrated women’s fitness movement, arrives in Singapore as its only Asian destination. This empowering event invites women to challenge their physical boundaries by completing four curated workouts to foster camaraderie and personal growth. The world-renowned Festival International des Sports Extrêmes (FISE) from France will also be a part of SGUSFF to showcase numerous adrenaline-charged BMX, rollerblade, skateboard and breaking competitions and workshops.
“FISE is a globally recognised celebration of street culture and high-level athletics that brings together both top athletes and the masses for a vibrant cultural experience. We are very happy to collaborate with Hurricane Group to bring this event to Singapore, in conjunction with the
second edition of the Singapore Urban Sports + Fitness Festival (SGUSFF). This homegrown event is dedicated to driving greater engagement and participation in urban sports and fitness among the local teens and young adult community through activities like skateboarding, BMX, rollerblading and breakdancing,” said Clement Tan, Chief Operations Officer from KIN Productions – organisers of FISE Xperience Singapore 2025.
Goh Xiang Tian, Managing Director of Recognize Studios, the team behind DanceXhibit that rallied dancers across ages at the inaugural SGUSFF last year said, “We’re excited to return for SGUSFF 2025 and be part of a festival that truly celebrates movement in all its forms. Being here allows us to connect with a wider community – from first-time dancers to seasoned enthusiasts – and show that dance is for everyone. It’s always inspiring to see people try something new and discover joy through movement.”.
